Rates
Low Season (April 15th - December 14th)... $110/night
High Season (December 15th - April 14th)... $135/night
No minimum nights stay.

Fees
$50 one time cleaning fee. FREE for guests staying 5 or more nights.
GST: 13.42%

Deposit
We request a reservation deposit of $100 to secure reservations. We deduct the amount of the deposit from your total.

Payment

It is our policy to collect your balance upon arrival. If you would like to pay with Paypal we ask for prepayment from verified paypal accounts prior to arrival. We accept cash, cashier's check and money orders. We do not accept credit cards (except through paypal prior to arrival).


Cancellations
We give full reimbursement for cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival. If cancellation is less than 30 days from arrival date we return the full amount minus deposit. To be fair, if we are able to rebook your reservation block we will return your deposit without penalty. Travel insurance is everybody's best protection.

This is a completely smoke-free unit. Inside and out.
Check-In Time is After 3:00 PM
Check-Out Time is Before 10:00 AM.
